These grapes come from a valley next to their village of Thürneustift. Julia and Josef's plot of land is south facing which leads to grapes with good concentration and ripeness. Grown in rocky soils, combined with the weather, their wines are often wonderfully fruity with a delicious herbal component.

The grapes for this wine are whole bunch pressed, the juice is then transferred to steel where it is slowly fermented over 7 months.

It is stayed on its fine lees for an additional 3 months before being bottled.

Unrefined and Unfiltered.
